Key Responsibilities\n

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your primary focus will be on mothers and families experiencing postpartum mental health challenges, such as postpartum depression, anxiety disorders, and related issues. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor’s degree in Counseling, Social Work, Psychology, or a related field is required; a Master’s degree or higher is preferred.

• Active licensure in New Jersey as one of the following: Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Psychologist (PsyD).

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a therapeutic setting, with a strong focus on maternal and family mental health.

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, enabling effective connections with clients and collaboration with colleagues.

• A thorough understanding of current evidence-based treatment methodologies and an eagerness to apply them in practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive annual salary ranging from $80,000 to $104,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
