Work Environment\n

This position offers the convenience of remote work, allowing for flexibility and adaptability in your daily schedule. Although the primary work hours are Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, you may occasionally be required to provide evening or weekend support on a rotational basis.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients experiencing mood disorder symptoms, determining severity, frequency, and duration.

• Collaborate with patients to create individualized treatment plans tailored to their specific needs, goals, and preferences.

• Implement evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), to effectively manage and alleviate mood disorders.

• Educate and provide support to clients and their families regarding mood disorders, treatment options, and self-care strategies.

• Monitor client progress consistently throughout treatment, making necessary adjustments to the tailored treatment approach as required.

• Work collaboratively with psychiatrists and other healthcare professionals to ensure a well-rounded approach to client care.

• Remain informed about the latest research and clinical developments in mood disorder treatments to enhance the effectiveness of intervention strategies.

• Maintain accurate and confidential records of patient interactions and treatment plans in compliance with all associated legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your work will focus primarily on individuals struggling with mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related disorders. As a therapist, you will engage with clients from varied backgrounds, using a client-centered approach to empower them on their recovery journey. Qualifications\n

• Master's or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LCSW-R, LMHC, or LMFT in the state of Washington.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The role offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, along with potential bonuses and a sign-on incentive. We believe that employees should be rewarded fairly for their contributions and commitment.
