Our clinic operates during standard business hours, Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a structured yet accommodating work schedule.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate the specific needs of clients dealing with mood disorders, ensuring that all aspects of their mental health are thoroughly understood.

• Monitor client progress throughout the treatment process, employing ongoing evaluations and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to optimize outcomes.

• Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of all client interactions, treatment plans, and assessments in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will be working primarily with individuals experiencing a range of mood disorders, including but not limited to depression, bipolar disorder, and anxiety-related conditions. The clinic serves a diverse demographic, ensuring that each client feels respected and understood, irrespective of their background. Your empathetic approach will be crucial in building trust and rapport, facilitating a safe environment for clients to engage in their therapeutic journey.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• Current state licensure as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), or as a licensed Psychologist.

• Demonstrated expertise in evidence-based treatment methodologies, particularly effective for mood disorders (CBT, DBT).

• A strong understanding of psychopharmacology, aiding collaboration with psychiatric professionals to leverage medication as part of comprehensive care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer an attractive annual salary ranging from $115,000 to $130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
