Work Environment\n

This position offers a remote work setting that provides flexibility and encourages work-life balance. As a member of our outpatient psychiatric practice, you will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of psychiatrists, therapists, and support staff, all committed to delivering comprehensive mental health care. The clinic operates primarily between Monday and Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional evening shifts as necessary to accommodate patient needs.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patients' psychological status, utilizing advanced assessment tools and methods.

• Develop, implement, and regularly update individualized treatment plans based on comprehensive evaluations and relevant evidence-based methodologies.

• Provide therapeutic interventions using various modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and psychodynamic therapy, to assist patients in overcoming challenges.

• Facilitate both individual and group therapy sessions, fostering an environment that promotes emotional expression, personal growth, and the development of coping strategies.

• Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure a holistic approach to patient care, addressing the multifaceted needs of individuals.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• A valid and active license as an LCSW-C, LCPC, LMFT, or LCMFT in the state of Maryland.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience in a mental health setting is preferred, demonstrating your capability in a clinical role.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
