Gotham Enterprises Ltd operates an outpatient office led by experienced psychiatrists and a multidisciplinary team of mental health professionals. This position is predominantly a remote role, allowing you to manage work-life balance efficiently while maintaining regular business hours. You will work with a flexible schedule from Monday to Friday, 9:00 am to 5:00 pm, and enjoy the autonomy to conduct therapy sessions from your preferred work location. • Conduct thorough clinical assessments for clients, utilizing best practices and evidence-based methodologies to develop individualized treatment plans.

• Deliver therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), always adapting approaches based on the distinct needs of each client.

• Maintain accurate, confidential clinical records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and uphold the highest standards of confidentiality and ethics in mental health care.

• Engage actively with a multidisciplinary treatment team, collaborating closely with psychiatrists, psychologists, and peers to enhance patient care and outcomes.

• Participate in case consultations and peer review meetings to discuss challenging cases and share insights for continuous improvement in therapeutic practices.

• Provide education and resources to clients and their families, equipping them with comprehensive knowledge about mental health conditions and effective treatment options.

• Stay current with developments in the mental health field, integrating new research and approaches into your practice to further enhance client care.

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

• An active license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in the state of Colorado.

• Exceptional understanding of solution-focused therapy techniques, adaptability, and the ability to tailor treatment approaches to align with individual client needs.
