Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients through structured evaluations to understand their unique mental health needs and collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans.

• Provide a variety of therapeutic services, including individual, group, and family therapy, utilizing evidence-based modalities and techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and mindfulness practices.

• Work collaboratively with case managers, psychiatrists, and other healthcare professionals to coordinate care for clients, ensuring that all aspects of their treatment are addressed.

• Offer crisis intervention to clients facing acute distress, applying your judgment and expertise to navigate emergency situations effectively.

• Engage in community outreach initiatives to foster mental health awareness, promote wellness, and reduce stigma around mental health issues.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our center primarily serves a diverse population, including individuals from various ethnic, cultural, and socioeconomic backgrounds. Qualifications\n

• Active, independent license as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Doctor of Psychology (PsyD).

• A master’s or doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.
\n
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of establishing strong rapport with clients and facilitating therapeutic relationships.

• Demonstrated cultural competence and sensitivity in working with a diverse clientele, respecting and understanding varied backgrounds.

• Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage documentation and client records accurately and efficiently.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, with a focus on outpatient care.

• Experience in crisis management and providing behavioral health interventions in acute situations.

• Familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems for maintaining accurate client records.

Compensation and Benefits\n
