Our outpatient office serves as a supportive hub for our counselors, but your primary interaction with clients will be virtually.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to develop personalized treatment plans tailored to the needs of each client.

• Execute evidence-based therapeutic interventions with individuals, couples, and families, utilizing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and Psychodynamic Therapy.

• Document and maintain meticulous clinical records in compliance with ethical and legal standards, ensuring that all client information is up-to-date and accurate.

• Collaborate closely with other mental health professionals and healthcare providers to create cohesive treatment strategies for patients and integrate multi-faceted support.

• Stay current with the latest mental health practices by engaging in ongoing professional development workshops and training.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The primary focus of our practice is on individuals and families who have limited access to mental health services. Our clientele experiences a wide range of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma-related disorders, substance misuse, and issues related to relationships and family dynamics. Qualifications\n

• A Bachelor's Degree is required, preferably in counseling, psychology, or a related field.

• Must hold an active license as a Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker (LICSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Psychologist in Washington state.

• A minimum of two years of relevant counseling experience, particularly in a clinical setting, is essential.
