Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision and guidance to practicum students and associates in their clinical licensure pursuits, facilitating their professional growth and competency.

• Deliver psychotherapy and counseling services to a diverse client base, including individuals, couples, and families, addressing a wide range of mental health issues.

• Collaborate effectively with other healthcare professionals, community organizations, and resources to ensure comprehensive care for our clients.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on assessments and ongoing client feedback, continuously adapting approaches to meet client needs.

• Maintain meticulous and accurate client records and documentation to fulfill legal and ethical standards while also contributing to quality improvement initiatives.

• Stay informed about current research, best practices, and advancements in therapy modalities to enhance personal skills and the quality of services offered.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our clients come from diverse backgrounds and reflect a range of ages, cultures, and experiences. As a Senior Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will focus on creating safe spaces where clients can engage in open discussions about their mental health challenges, trauma experiences, and life transitions. Your expertise will allow you to adeptly navigate various client concerns, from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and family dynamics.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution is required.
\n
• Possession of a valid state license as a Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), or Clinical Social Worker (LICSW) is necessary.

• Professional liability insurance to protect yourself and your practice is required.
\n
• Minimum of two years of experience in counseling, mental health therapy, or a related field, with evidence of direct clinical practice and supervision capacity.

Preferred Experience\n

• Experience in supervising practicum students or emerging therapists, particularly in a remote environment.

• Strong understanding of various therapeutic modalities, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and solution-focused therapy.

• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and community resources to support holistic care.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 52,000 to 100,000 annually , depending on experience and qualifications, reflecting our commitment to providing above-market compensation for dedicated professionals. Additional benefits include:
