Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to identify and evaluate clients' mental health concerns, using standardized tools and clinical judgment to formulate accurate diagnoses.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans that incorporate evidence-based therapeutic modalities tailored to each client's unique needs, including individual, group, and family therapy sessions.

• Offer immediate crisis intervention and support to clients facing acute mental health challenges, ensuring their safety and stability during emergencies.

• Maintain detailed, confidential client records by accurately documenting treatment plans, progress notes, and assessment outcomes in compliance with ethical and legal standards and best practices.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team comprising psychiatrists, social workers, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive, coordinated care that meets all aspects of a client's needs.

Qualifications\n

The estimated salary for this position ranges from USD 85,000 to 100,000 annually .
