Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide weekly supervision to graduate students in clinical programs, guiding them as they pursue licensure and develop their therapeutic skills.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in psychology, social work, or a related field is required.

• Current valid state license as a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT).

• A minimum of two years of post-graduate clinical experience in therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 140,000 annually, with opportunities for additional earnings based on performance incentives. New hires will also receive a sign-on bonus of $3,000.
