Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough comprehensive assessments to identify the unique needs and goals of each individual seeking substance use disorder treatment, ensuring a patient-centered approach.

• Collaboratively develop tailored treatment plans based on evidence-based therapeutic interventions, monitoring patient progress and adjusting strategies as needed.

• Facilitate individual counseling sessions utilizing motivational interviewing techniques and cognitive-behavioral therapy to encourage self-efficacy and behavioral change.

• Lead group therapy sessions, fostering a supportive atmosphere where patients can share experiences and learn from one another as they journey toward recovery.

• Engage with a multidisciplinary team, including psychiatrists and addiction specialists, to ensure a streamlined and coordinated approach to patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention and support during substance-related emergencies, demonstrating strong clinical judgment and a calm demeanor to de-escalate situations.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The therapist will work primarily with adults facing substance use disorders, including those with co-occurring mental health conditions. Qualifications\n

• Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and credentials.
