Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and create personalized, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to their unique situations.

• Facilitate individual and family therapy sessions, utilizing appropriate therapeutic techniques to engage clients and promote their mental well-being.

• Provide case management services, coordinating care with other medical professionals and support services to enhance treatment outcomes.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with state and federal regulations, ensuring all client interactions are properly recorded.

• Utilize therapeutic methodologies such as Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT) or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) based on client preferences and presenting issues.

• Engage in regular supervision and peer feedback sessions to continuously improve clinical skills and deliver the highest quality of care.

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, and adults facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or a similar mental health related field.
