This position offers full-time remote work capabilities, allowing you to operate from the comfort of your home or a preferred location. While your primary interactions will occur online, you also have the option to connect with clients face-to-face in our Santa Ana, California outpatient office. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide behavioral therapy and clinical counseling utilizing evidenced-based techniques such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT) and motivational interviewing tailored to each client’s unique needs.

• Maintain precise and comprehensive medical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and best practice standards.
\n
• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health and develop individualized treatment plans that align with their goals.
\n
• Engage clients through multiple modalities, including scheduled live sessions via video, phone, and live chat, as well as asynchronous communication like journal entries and recorded messages.

• Monitor client progress toward their therapeutic goals, adjusting treatment strategies as necessary to promote optimal outcomes.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele that includes adults, couples, and adolescents. Our clients seek support for a variety of mental health concerns ranging from anxiety and depression to relationship issues and life transitions. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Counseling or a related field is required.

• Active and unrestricted license as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) with approval from the appropriate State Board.

• Currently residing in the United States.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $76,000 to $117,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications. Additional benefits include:
