Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments to evaluate clients’ needs and strengths, leading to comprehensive treatment plans.

• Deliver evidence-based individual therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), and other methods tailored to clients’ unique situations.

• Establish realistic and measurable therapeutic goals, regularly monitoring client progress to ensure effective interventions.

• Offer teletherapy services, providing accessible options for both clients who prefer virtual sessions and those with accessibility challenges.

• Maintain meticulous and accurate documentation of client interactions and treatment plans in compliance with ethical and professional standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work primarily with diverse client populations experiencing a variety of mental health issues, including but not limited to anxiety disorders, depression, trauma, and relationship difficulties. Qualifications\n

Preferred Experience\n

We are looking for candidates with a minimum of two years of relevant clinical experience. Experience in a community health setting or with underserved populations is highly desirable. Compensation and Benefits\n
