Work Environment\n

As a remote therapist, you will work from the comfort of your own home or preferred location within California, using a secure telehealth platform to conduct sessions. Your typical work schedule will be Monday through Friday, from 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a structured work-life balance. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual therapy sessions via a HIPAA-compliant telehealth platform, ensuring a safe and confidential environment for clients.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans tailored to meet the specific needs and goals of each client.

• Provide crisis intervention as necessary during sessions, using appropriate assessments and interventions to ensure client safety.

• Maintain accurate and ethical documentation of client treatment records in compliance with legal and organizational standards.

Qualifications\n
