Key Responsibilities\n

• Collaborate with clients to establish clear and measurable therapeutic goals, guiding them through emotional obstacles including depression, anxiety, trauma, and adjusting to life transitions.

• Conduct thorough intake assessments to understand each client’s unique circumstances and develop tailored treatment plans that align with their individual needs.

• Regularly monitor and modify treatment plans based on client progress, ensuring that they remain on the right path towards achieving their mental health objectives.

• Foster effective and respectful relationships with clients as well as with other health professionals and support staff, enhancing the overall therapeutic experience.

• Maintain detailed records through comprehensive progress notes, treatment summaries, and case reports to document client interactions and care provided.

• Engage in crisis intervention, providing immediate support to clients in distress and facilitating connections to necessary resources in a timely manner.

• Stay informed of the latest trends and developments in mental health practices to ensure the delivery of evidence-based care.

Client Population / Patient Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a broad spectrum of individuals, including children, adolescents, and adults from varying backgrounds and cultures. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $110,000 - $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience, along with a comprehensive benefits package. This includes health insurance, retirement plans, paid time off, and opportunities for continuing education and professional development.
