Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ mental health needs, including initial evaluations and ongoing evaluations to track progress.

• Develop comprehensive, individualized treatment plans that address the specific emotional and psychological needs of each client.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused brief therapy, and trauma-focused therapy.
\n
• Document all sessions accurately while maintaining adherence to confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
\n
• Collaborate actively with school staff, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to create a holistic approach to client care.

• Regularly participate in professional development opportunities, team meetings, and supervision sessions to enhance your clinical skills.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This position focuses on school-aged children and adolescents facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, behavioral issues, and trauma exposure. You will work closely with educators and families to create a supportive environment that promotes emotional and educational success.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

• A valid LCSW license in the state of California.
\n
• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a mental health setting, preferably with youth.

• Proficiency in delivering solution-focused and evidence-based therapeutic techniques.

• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to establish rapport with clients and their families.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The salary for this position ranges from USD 100,000 to 120,000 yearly, commensurate with experience. We are pleased to offer a sign-on bonus of $3,000 to help you start your journey with us.
