This position allows for a flexible work environment, as you will be providing services remotely via secure telehealth platforms. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments and intake interviews to identify clients' needs and formulate personalized treatment plans.

• Deliver high-quality telehealth or in-person behavioral health services that include individual and group therapy sessions.

• Document client interactions and treatment progress in electronic health records (EHR) and practice management systems to maintain accurate and timely records.

• Provide culturally sensitive care, recognizing and respecting the diverse backgrounds and values of clients.

• Foster collaborative relationships with colleagues, clients' families, and community resources to enhance care coordination.

• Write detailed treatment progress notes, comprehensive case reports, and treatment summaries to keep all stakeholders informed about client progress.

• Assist in crisis intervention by providing immediate support and resource linkage for clients in distress.

• Stay informed about the latest advancements in mental health practices and therapeutic techniques to ensure the highest quality of care.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of $90,000 to $110,000 per year, complemented by a comprehensive benefits package that includes medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as 401K matching, paid parental leave, and generous paid time off accrual.
