Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients’ mental health needs, tailoring interventions to suit individual requirements through both telehealth and occasional in-person sessions.

• Utilize electronic health records (EHR) and a practice management system to meticulously document client interactions, treatment plans, and progress notes.
\n
• Provide behavioral health services in a culturally competent manner, recognizing and incorporating clients’ unique backgrounds and values into their care.
\n
• Establish and nurture collaborative relationships with clients, colleagues, and support staff, ensuring a respectful and effective therapeutic environment.
\n
• Engage in crisis intervention as necessary, offering immediate support and connecting clients with appropriate resources during urgent situations.
\n
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of advancements in mental health practices, incorporating new evidence-based techniques and methodologies into your therapeutic approach.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our client base ranges from adolescents to adults facing a variety of mental health challenges, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and stress-related disorders. As an LCSW, you will be instrumental in guiding clients through therapeutic processes that foster resilience and recovery.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work from an accredited program is required.
\n
• An active and unrestricted license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in the state of California.
\n
• Proven clinical skills with a solid understanding of diverse therapeutic techniques.

• Strong organizational skills, with the ability to maintain an updated calendar for efficient session scheduling.

• Ability to produce high-quality progress notes promptly after client sessions to ensure continuity of care.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience as a clinical social worker or mental health counselor is preferred.

• Experience with electronic health records systems and telehealth platforms is highly advantageous.

• Knowledge of evidence-based practices such as Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) and Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) is a plus.

Compensation and Benefits\n
