Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individualized psychotherapy and counseling for clients, including individuals, couples, families, and groups, using evidence-based therapeutic methods.

• Conduct comprehensive interviews to assess social, environmental, personal, and health backgrounds to inform treatment plans.

• Evaluate clients’ presenting problems and develop tailored intervention strategies within the LCSW's scope of practice.

• Coordinate programs and activities that cater to the emotional and social needs of clients, promoting overall well-being.
\n
• Facilitate interventions for cognitive and emotional issues, including crisis resolution and referrals to appropriate community resources.

• Establish trust-based relationships with clients, creating a supportive environment conducive to healing and growth.

• Regularly assess the effectiveness of therapeutic interventions and adjust treatment plans accordingly, ensuring ongoing improvement and care quality.

• Maintain detailed, accurate documentation of client records, assessments, and treatment plans, complying with established protocols.

• Ensure an appropriate caseload is managed effectively while keeping all case documents current and comprehensive.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

This role primarily serves a diverse client population dealing with various mental health challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, mood disorders, substance abuse, and interpersonal issues. Qualifications\n

• Must possess a Master’s degree in Social Work, Counseling, Psychology, or a related field.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary range of $85,000 to $104,000 per year. In addition, we provide a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision insurance, life insurance, a 401(k) plan, paid holidays, and vacation time.
