Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Clinical Social Worker at Grand Counseling Center, you will engage in a variety of impactful tasks aimed at improving the mental health of our clients. Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Delivering diverse therapeutic interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), tailored to each client’s specific circumstances and treatment goals.

• Documenting clinical sessions and maintaining accurate, timely patient records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and relevant standards to ensure the highest level of confidentiality and care.

• Collaborating closely with other members of the clinical team, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and allied health professionals, to coordinate holistic care and optimize client outcomes.

• Engaging in regular, structured case consults and peer reviews to continuously elevate the quality of care delivered within the practice.

• Providing education and support to clients and their families about mental health, treatment options, and available community resources to promote informed decision-making.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
