Key Responsibilities\n

• Facilitate therapy sessions focusing on emotional, behavioral, and relational challenges by employing various therapeutic modalities.

• Conduct comprehensive assessments to evaluate clients’ mental health needs and develop individualized treatment plans aligned with evidence-based practices.

• Utilize therapeutic interventions that may include cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and solution-focused approaches tailored to client needs.

• Document client progress meticulously, maintaining accurate records that meet regulatory and ethical standards.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The clients you will serve are individuals facing a variety of life challenges, including but not limited to anxiety, depression, family conflict, trauma, and substance use disorders. A significant part of your role will involve working with couples and families, assessing dynamics and improving communication patterns. You will also have the chance to support older adults, providing tailored interventions to meet their specific emotional and psychological needs.

Qualifications\n

• A valid license as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in California.

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.

• Strong foundational skills in psychotherapy and experience with diverse client populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 120,000 annually , commensurate with experience.
