Work Environment\n

This position offers flexibility with a remote work setting complemented by the ability to meet clients in our outpatient office as needed. Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide immediate intervention and support during mental health crises, employing crisis management techniques to stabilize clients and develop safety plans.

• Design and implement personalized treatment plans that reflect clients’ specific needs, backgrounds, and therapeutic goals.

• Utilize a range of diagnostic assessments and therapeutic modalities to accurately identify mental health conditions and guide treatment.
\n
• Manage a diverse caseload, ensuring that all clients receive appropriate therapy, follow-up care, and necessary adjustments to their treatment plans.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including social workers, psychologists, and other healthcare providers, to deliver comprehensive care and support to clients.

• Maintain accurate and confidential electronic health records (EHR) for all clients, documenting assessments, treatment plans, and progress notes in compliance with legal and ethical standards.

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of clients from various backgrounds and age groups, including children, adolescents, and adults facing different mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Counseling, Clinical Psychology, or a related field is required.

• Valid state licensure as a Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) in California.
