Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and assessments to formulate individualized therapy strategies for clients, allowing for tailored care that addresses unique needs.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), psychodynamic therapy, and solution-focused brief therapy, to individuals, couples, families, and groups.

• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to deliver heightened levels of client care, ensuring all treatment plans are holistic and comprehensive.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with legal standards and ethical guidelines, using EMR (Electronic Medical Records) software to enhance workflow efficiency.

• Participate in ongoing professional development and workshops to stay updated on the latest mental health research and therapeutic techniques, enhancing the services provided to clients.

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele facing various mental health challenges, including anxiety disorders, mood disorders, substance misuse, trauma, and relational stressors. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Counseling, Psychology, Social Work, or a related field from an accredited institution.
