Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop individualized treatment plans tailored to the specific needs of clients dealing with acute or chronic mental illness.

• Utilize therapeutic techniques to provide outpatient psychotherapy to individuals, couples, families, and groups to promote healing and prevent relapse.

• Instruct and counsel patients and their families on adhering to therapeutic regimens, medication adherence, and coping strategies, ensuring instructions are accessible and actionable.

• Coordinate with public and private agencies to provide referrals for additional resources, expanding the support network for patients and their families.

• Prepare essential documentation including intake summaries, treatment plans, and ongoing treatment records in compliance with state regulations and NCQA standards.

• Participate in staff conferences to discuss case evaluations, share best practices, and enhance program development and implementation.

• Oversee and mentor Post Masters Fellows and Associate-level clinicians as required, if supervisory qualifications are met.

• Be proactive in reporting safety concerns to the appropriate authorities, ensuring a secure treatment environment for all clients.

Qualifications\n

This position offers a competitive annual salary ranging from USD 120,000 to 130,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
