Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough evaluations of client symptoms to accurately diagnose mood disorders and emotional challenges, utilizing standardized assessment tools.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with client goals, addressing specific concerns such as anxiety, depression, relationship issues, and more.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families regarding their mental health conditions, treatment options, and coping strategies to foster understanding and engagement.

• Regularly monitor and document client progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans based on feedback and observed outcomes.

• Maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical standards in all record-keeping, ensuring clients' information is handled with the utmost care and protection.

• Participate in team consultations and training sessions to share insights, receive feedback, and engage in ongoing professional growth.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with a varied client base, including individuals, couples, and families facing a multitude of challenges. Our outpatient facility serves clients ranging from children to seniors, each with unique backgrounds and therapeutic needs. You will play a critical role in shaping their recovery journey through attentive, compassionate care and effective treatment methodologies.

Qualifications\n

• A valid California LMFT license in good standing is required.

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
\n
• Demonstrated ability to establish rapport and a deep sense of trust with clients; strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential.

Preferred Experience\n

• Minimum of two years of post-graduate experience in a clinical setting, preferably with exposure to outpatient therapy.

• Experience with evidence-based therapeutic models, including but not limited to strategic and structural family therapy, systems therapy, and narrative therapy.

Compensation and Benefits\n
