Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Mending Within, your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting thorough assessments of clients during initial consultations to understand their circumstances and needs.

• Offering individual, couples, and family therapy sessions using various techniques, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, experiential therapy, and systemic approaches.

• Maintaining accurate and organized documentation of client progress in accordance with HIPAA regulations and organizational standards.

• Collaborating with our integrated team of professionals, including psychiatrists, psychologists, and case managers, to ensure comprehensive care.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate for this position will possess:
