Our Organization

We are actively looking for a full-time BE/BC Pediatrician to become part of our team in Santa Rosa, CA.

About Santa Rosa

Join us in the beautiful wine country! Located just 45 minutes north of San Francisco, Santa Rosa boasts pleasant weather throughout the year, stunning hiking and biking trails, and easy access to expansive ocean coastlines. The area features an excellent public school system and a more affordable housing market. Our team consists of 25 dedicated and friendly pediatricians, along with 2 nurse practitioners, focusing solely on outpatient care. We cater to newborns, conduct well checks from birth to 18 years, and address urgent issues during weekdays. On weekends, we handle newborns and urgent cases, with each pediatrician working 1-2 weekend days monthly. Our practice operates with a 1:1 MA:MD pairing and is supported by a robust RN/LVN staff. Additionally, we have an on-site social worker, a pediatric endocrinologist, and a pediatric neurologist who see patients at our facility. We also have access to a consult system for easy communication with any pediatric specialist. Our small pediatric inpatient unit and special care nursery are managed by our exceptional pediatric hospitalist team. Furthermore, we have a comprehensive pediatric mental health and wellness team, including 4 child and adolescent psychiatrists. We are currently engaged in an exciting performance improvement initiative that encourages innovation and welcomes ideas from all team members, supported by strong leadership. During the week, we offer ancillary services such as radiology and pharmacy on-site, with a lab conveniently located nearby.

Compensation

The annual salary for this full-time position ranges from $281,339.00 to $290,040.00 , with additional potential incentives of up to $33,250*. Reduced schedules with prorated compensation may also be available. *Some incentive opportunities are estimates based on potential premium pay.

Qualifications:

• Board Certification or Eligibility

• Must be eligible for a California medical license or currently licensed to practice in California
