Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive psychosocial assessments to effectively identify the needs and challenges faced by patients.

• Deliver individualized, family, and group psychotherapeutic treatment aligned with evidence-based practices.

• Facilitate care coordination by liaising with community agencies and other healthcare providers to support patient advocacy and resource connection.

• Engage in disposition planning and advocacy, guiding patients and their families through the resources available to them.

• Guide and mentor team members as well as participate in ongoing professional development workshops to enhance service delivery.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

While our current focus is primarily on adult and geriatric populations, we anticipate expanding our services to include child and adolescent clients in the near future. This role is pivotal in addressing a wide spectrum of emotional and psychological concerns across diverse demographics, tailoring interventions to age-specific needs and family dynamics.

Qualifications\n

The ideal candidate will possess the following credentials:

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.

• An active and unrestricted LMFT licensure in the state of California.
\n
• Strong working knowledge of relevant theoretical and clinical practice models.

• Proven ability to establish effective therapeutic rapport and alliances with patients.

• Exceptional written communication skills for clinical documentation and reporting.

• Comprehensive understanding of social work ethics and applicable scopes of practice.

• Adept at conducting thorough mental status examinations and recognizing fluctuations in patients' mental health.

Compensation and Benefits\n
