Key Responsibilities\n

As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

• Conducting assessments of clients' mental health concerns, including anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues.

• Designing personalized treatment plans that address the unique needs and goals of each client.

• Facilitating regular therapy sessions via telehealth to provide ongoing support and empowerment.

Qualifications\n

To be considered for this position, you must meet the following criteria:

• A Master’s degree or doctoral degree in psychology, social work, counseling, or a related field.

• Valid California licensure as an LMFT, LCSW, or LPCC in good standing.

• A minimum of two years of professional counseling experience in a clinical or therapeutic setting.

• Proficiency in using electronic health record systems, with strong organizational skills.

Compensation and Benefits\n
