Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough patient assessments to formulate individualized treatment plans that address their unique mental health needs and goals.

• Provide one-on-one counseling sessions, and based on your expertise, facilitate group sessions, family therapy, or marriage counseling.

• Implement mental health screenings to accurately identify treatment needs and co-occurring conditions in clients.
\n
• Stay updated on the latest therapeutic practices, methodologies, and tools to effectively support patients in their healing journey.

• Participate in regular team meetings and training to enhance communication skills and enrich service delivery.

• Perform additional duties as assigned, contributing to the overall mission and operational excellence of the organization.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

You will work with diverse populations, including children, adolescents, families, and couples. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree or Doctoral degree in Counseling Psychology, Social Work, or a related field.

• Valid state licensure as a Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC), or Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW).

• Demonstrated knowledge of contemporary practices in individual and family therapy.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of professional experience working with individuals facing mental health challenges, including those with co-occurring disorders.

Compensation and Benefits\n
