Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, group, and family therapy to clients facing major mental illness and severe emotional disturbances, ensuring tailored treatment plans that address their unique needs.

• Participate actively in team meetings to align on client care approaches, sharing insights and strategies to enhance overall service delivery.

• Perform comprehensive assessments, utilizing evidence-based practices to screen clients for mental health issues and providing appropriate referrals for additional services when necessary.

• Develop and implement integrated care plans that facilitate access to related services, ensuring that clients receive holistic support throughout their treatment journey.

• Monitor progress and outcomes, adjusting treatment strategies as needed to best support client recovery and empowerment.
\n
• Contribute to crisis intervention efforts as required, utilizing your expertise to manage acute situations with professionalism and care.

• Maintain compliance with ethical standards and professional guidelines, safeguarding the confidentiality and well-being of clients.

• Ensure timely documentation and reporting for all client interactions, maintaining accurate records that reflect treatment progress and comply with regulatory requirements.

• Provide on-call support outside of regular program hours as assigned to ensure client needs are met in a timely manner.

You will work primarily with clients from underserved communities in Santa Ana, California, who face a variety of mental health challenges. Our population includes individuals dealing with trauma, anxiety, depression, and other serious mental health disorders, and we emphasize culturally competent care to respect and address the diverse backgrounds and needs of our clients.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field is required.
\n
• Current LCSW licensure in the state of California is mandatory.
\n
• Minimum of two years' experience in a clinical setting providing mental health counseling or therapy.
\n
• Expertise in assessment, diagnosis, and treatment of mental health disorders, along with risk assessment and crisis management skills.
\n
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities, complemented by organizational and planning skills.
\n
• Demonstrated competency in addressing age-related or specialized issues for a range of populations.

Preferred Experience\n

• Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish is highly preferred to better serve our diverse client base.

• Experience working in outpatient settings and familiarity with telehealth methodologies.

• Skills in utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems for documentation and care coordination.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This full-time position offers a competitive salary in the range of USD 70,000 to 85,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. In addition to the base salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
