Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to determine patients' needs, strengths, and areas for growth.

• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that utilize evidence-based practices, including but not limited to cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused interventions.

• Facilitate psychoeducational workshops and support groups to foster community engagement and shared experiences among patients.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members, including psychiatrists and psychologists, to coordinate comprehensive patient care.

• Provide crisis intervention services, guiding patients through emergencies with professional expertise.

• Educate clients about mental health, available treatment options, and community resources to empower them towards recovery.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in alignment with organizational, legal, and ethical requirements.

• Engage in ongoing professional development and case discussions to stay informed about current trends and advancements in mental health therapy.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Current and valid professional licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW) in California.

• Strong foundational knowledge of mental health disorders and proficiency in delivering evidence-based therapeutic modalities.

• Exceptional assessment skills with the capacity to formulate effective, individualized treatment strategies.

• A proven track record of facilitating both individual and group therapies to a variety of patient demographics.
\n
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, essential for building patient rapport and facilitating group interactions.

• Sound professional judgment, ethical practice, and the ability to maintain professional boundaries.

• Experience with electronic health record (EHR) systems and familiarity with relevant computer applications.

• A collaborative spirit, able to function effectively within a multidisciplinary team environment.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range between $115,000 and $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
