This position offers a flexible and remote work setting, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your home, while still maintaining connections with colleagues and clients. Typical working hours are Monday to Friday from 9 AM to 5 PM.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide therapeutic services to clients through individual, family, and group therapy sessions, utilizing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Solution-Focused Therapy, and Mindfulness-Based Therapy.

• Develop customized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each client, setting measurable goals, and regularly evaluating progress to adapt strategies accordingly.

• Facilitate group therapy sessions that foster supportive relationships among clients, providing a space for social connection and personal development.

• Offer ongoing emotional support to clients facing challenges such as trauma, grief, depression, anxiety, relationship conflicts, and stress, ensuring they feel heard and understood.

• Continuously seek opportunities to expand your clinical skills through certifications in specialized areas such as trauma, addiction, or grief counseling, contributing to your professional growth.

• Maintain accurate documentation and manage client records in compliance with HIPAA regulations and organizational policies.

You will work with a diverse client population, including children, adolescents, adults, and families facing various mental health challenges. Qualifications\n

• A Master's Degree in Mental Health Counseling or a related field from an accredited institution.

• Current California State LMHC credential is mandatory.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from $110,000 to $130,000 per year, commensurate with experience.
