This position offers the flexibility of remote work while also being integrated within an outpatient office setting. Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct individual, couples, and group therapy sessions, employing effective therapeutic techniques aimed at fostering positive change.

• Perform thorough assessments to understand the unique needs of each client, utilizing evidence-based practices to develop customized treatment plans.

• Maintain meticulous client records and progress notes using our electronic health record (EHR) system, ensuring compliance with all regulatory guidelines.

• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including psychiatrists and social workers, to create a holistic treatment approach that supports each client’s journey.

• Provide crisis intervention and support to clients experiencing distress, employing de-escalation techniques and active listening skills to ensure they feel safe and heard.

• Engage in continuous professional development through workshops, seminars, and relevant literature to stay updated on evolving mental health practices and interventions.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including individuals, couples, and families across different age groups. Many clients are navigating their relationships, personal challenges, and mental health issues such as anxiety, depression, and trauma. Qualifications\n

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or closely related field.

• An active and valid LMFT license in California.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in direct therapeutic settings.

Compensation and Benefits\n
