Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough assessments, utilizing structured clinical interviews and standardized assessment tools to identify client needs effectively.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment plans that are tailored to the specific challenges faced by clients, employing techniques such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), family systems therapy, and solution-focused approaches.

• Maintain accurate and confidential patient documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations, ensuring all records are up-to-date and reflect the therapeutic process accurately.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this role ranges from USD 115,000 to 120,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
