Our LMFT will have the autonomy to shape their caseload according to their clinical interests and expertise, whether in trauma therapy, couples counseling, family dynamics, or anxiety management.

Work Environment\n

This position is structured around a full-time schedule from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, allowing for a healthy work-life balance. This flexibility is crucial in enabling our therapists to adapt to the needs of their clients, while also maintaining their personal and professional commitments.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual, couples, and family therapy sessions that align with the state guidelines set by the California Board of Behavioral Sciences (BBS).

• Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments to evaluate client needs and develop individualized treatment plans that are responsive to their therapeutic goals.

• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations and ethical standards, ensuring confidentiality is upheld.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary team members to share insights and participate in thorough case consultations, enhancing the quality of care provided.

• Engage in regular supervision and participate in peer consultation groups to foster professional development and continuous learning.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our LMFT will engage with a varied clientele, including children, adolescents, adults, couples, and families from diverse backgrounds. This role provides the opportunity to address a wide spectrum of issues, such as relationship struggles, anxiety, depression, trauma, and life transitions, allowing for a rich and fulfilling therapeutic experience.

Qualifications\n

• Active and unrestricted LMFT license in California.

• Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy, Psychology, Counseling, or a closely related field.

• A minimum of 2 years of clinical experience, with newly licensed therapists welcomed to apply depending on specific role requirements.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Compensation for this position ranges from $90,000 to $100,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
