Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough initial assessments of clients to understand their needs and develop personalized treatment plans.

• Facilitate individual therapy sessions and group therapy as required, utilizing evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

• Document session notes and progress in our electronic health record (EHR) system to ensure accurate tracking of client progress and outcomes.

• Engage in regular supervision and case conferences with the clinical team to enhance treatment efficacy and foster a collaborative approach to care.

• Provide psychoeducation to clients and their families, empowering them with skills to improve communication and resolve conflicts.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

The client population you'll be serving includes individuals, couples, and families, primarily within the Victorville area and surrounding communities. Clients may present with various concerns, including anxiety, depression, relationship issues, trauma, and life transitions. Your role is crucial in guiding them through these challenges by creating a safe and healing space for personal exploration and growth.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from an accredited program.

• An active LMFT license in the state of California.
\n
• Proficient in assessment, intervention, and therapeutic methodologies tailored to various client needs.

Preferred Experience\n
