Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct weekly evidence-based therapy sessions via synchronous live video, delivering effective care to adults experiencing various emotional and psychological issues.

• Engage in collaborative treatment planning with Brightside psychiatric providers and participate in a multidisciplinary approach with fellow therapists to ensure holistic patient care.
\n
• Utilize automated symptom self-assessments and progress tracking tools to adapt treatment plans dynamically, allowing for tailored and up-to-date therapy interventions.
\n
• Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation using our streamlined therapist portal, ensuring adherence to best practices in documentation and patient care protocols.
\n
• Provide one-on-one talk therapy for individuals aged 13 years and older and/or couples, employing a variety of evidence-based psychotherapeutic methods such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Emotionally Focused Therapy.

• Commit to measurement-based care practices to enhance treatment effectiveness and contribute to patient outcomes.
\n
• Strictly uphold HIPAA regulations to protect clients' health information.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Your practice will focus on a diverse client base, offering therapy to individuals aged 13 and older, as well as couples. Qualifications\n

• Master's degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field is required.
