Key Responsibilities\n

• Deliver a broad spectrum of therapeutic services, including individual therapy, couples counseling, family therapy, psychological evaluations, and group therapy sessions.

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnose mental and emotional disorders while developing tailored treatment plans that meet the unique needs of each client.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic techniques to treat psychological disorders, implementing appropriate treatment modalities and determining frequency, intensity, and duration of therapy sessions.

• Monitor patient progress closely and adjust treatment plans as necessary to facilitate optimum recovery and therapeutic outcomes.

• Collaborate effectively with other mental health professionals within the practice to provide comprehensive care and communicate patient test results and updates.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse clientele, including adults and children/adolescents, who are facing a variety of challenges such as relationship issues, anxiety, depression, and behavioral disorders. Your expertise will help guide clients toward healthier coping mechanisms and interpersonal skills, leading to sustained improvements in their mental and emotional health.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field is required.

Compensation and Benefits\n
