Key Responsibilities\n

In your role as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, you will:

• Lead individual and group therapy sessions, utilizing therapeutic modalities that align with best practices to support emotional and behavioral health.

• Perform comprehensive assessments and evaluations to understand clients' specific needs, collaborating with them to formulate personalized treatment plans.

• Guide clients through significant life challenges, employing evidence-based methodologies such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) or Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) as appropriate.
