Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, providing the flexibility to work from the comfort of your home while interacting closely with a supportive clinical team through virtual collaboration tools. As an outpatient office focused practice, you will have a structured work schedule, typically from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM, that allows for a balanced work-life harmony.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Provide individual and group therapy sessions tailored to address relationship and mental health challenges faced by clients.

• Conduct thorough assessments of clients’ psychological and emotional needs, utilizing tools such as standardized assessments to inform treatment plans.

• Develop and implement evidence-based treatment strategies, including cognitive-behavioral interventions and solution-focused techniques, adapting them to best fit the unique circumstances of each client.

• Maintain meticulous documentation of client sessions, progress notes, and treatment plans in compliance with HIPAA guidelines and organizational standards.

• Collaborate with fellow therapists and clinical supervisors in case consultation meetings to discuss client progress and enhance treatment efficacy.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a varied client base encompassing individuals seeking support for anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship issues as well as couples navigating the complexities of their partnerships. You will play an integral role in helping families to strengthen communication and resolve conflict, ultimately fostering healthier relationships.

Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field.

• Active and valid LMFT license in the state of California.

• Demonstrated ability in assessment, effective communication, and therapeutic interventions with diverse populations.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 120,000 annually , commensurate with experience and qualifications.
