Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough intake assessments and biopsychosocial evaluations, establishing clients' needs and concerns in a detailed and empathetic manner.

• Provide evidence-based therapeutic interventions for individuals, couples, and groups, employing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and mindfulness practices.

• Engage collaboratively with other healthcare professionals, case managers, and community resources to ensure comprehensive client care.

• Maintain meticulous documentation adhering to BBS and HIPAA standards, ensuring that all records are timely, accurate, and ethical.

• Participate in weekly team meetings and optional peer consultation sessions to enhance collaboration and professional development.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will serve a diverse client population, primarily composed of individuals in detoxification settings. You'll work with clients experiencing a range of mental health challenges, homelessness, trauma, and social inequities. The goal is to support these individuals as they navigate complex life situations while promoting recovery and stability in their lives through holistic care and systemic advocacy.

Qualifications\n

• An active and unrestricted LCSW license in the state of California is required.

• A Master’s Degree in Social Work (MSW) from a Council on Social Work Education (CSWE)-accredited program.
