Key Responsibilities\n

In your capacity as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, your day-to-day responsibilities will include but are not limited to:

• Conducting comprehensive evaluations and assessments to inform individualized treatment plans for clients.

• Administering evidence-based therapeutic modalities, including cognitive-behavioral therapy and motivational interviewing, tailored to each client's unique needs.

• Utilizing telehealth technology to ensure accessibility of services for clients who may be geographically or physically limited.

• Regularly updating treatment plans based on client progress and feedback while maintaining compliance with ethical and organizational standards.

• Documenting client interactions, treatment progress, and maintaining detailed and accurate records according to HIPAA regulations.

You will be engaging with a diverse client population primarily focused on individuals seeking recovery from substance use disorders. These clients may present with complex co-occurring mental health conditions, requiring a holistic approach to therapy. Qualifications\n

• An active California LCSW license is required.
