Key Responsibilities\n

• Work collaboratively with geriatric psychiatrists along with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and optimize treatment outcomes for our elderly patients.

• Provide immediate crisis intervention for mental health emergencies involving elderly clients, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Educate patients and their families about mental health issues, treatment options, and available community resources to facilitate informed decision-making.

• Maintain accurate clinical documentation in compliance with legal and ethical guidelines, using electronic health record (EHR) systems to track patient progress and treatment outcomes.

• Participate actively in team meetings, peer supervision, and case consultations to enhance collaborative care and professional development.

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.

• A minimum of two years of post-licensure experience is strongly preferred.

• Thorough knowledge of geriatric mental health disorders and evidence-based treatment methodologies.

• Experience in providing individual and family therapy to older adults.

• Exceptional interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate empathetically and effectively.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary ranging from USD 115,000 to 130,000 annually, reflecting your expertise and dedication.
