Key Responsibilities\n

Qualifications\n

• A Master’s degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited institution.

• Possession of current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.

• Demonstrated knowledge of geriatric mental health disorders and associated treatment modalities.

• Proficient communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong emphasis on empathy and a patient-centered approach.

• Ability to effectively engage with elderly patients and their families, establishing rapport and trust.

• Experience using electronic health record (EHR) systems to document patient interactions and maintain confidentiality.

Preferred Experience\n

• A minimum of two (2) years of post-licensure experience in a mental health counseling setting.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The position offers a competitive salary range of USD 115,000 to 130,000 per year, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
