Work Environment\n

This position is fully remote, allowing you to conduct therapy sessions from the comfort of your chosen location. Our outpatient care model emphasizes flexibility and accessibility, ensuring that both therapists and clients can connect effectively through secure telehealth options. Your work schedule will generally be Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, although some flexibility may be necessary depending on patient demands.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to evaluate patient needs and develop personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.

• Implement therapeutic interventions utilizing modalities such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), solution-focused therapy, and mindfulness-based approaches to facilitate mental wellness.

• Facilitate psychoeducational and support groups, fostering a sense of community among clients, where they can share experiences and strategies for coping with mental health challenges.

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist with Lifetime Psychotherapy Center, you will work with a diverse client population experiencing a range of issues, including anxiety, depression, bipolar disorder, and substance use disorders. Qualifications\n

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology from an accredited program.

• Current and valid licensure as an LCSW, LPCC, or LMFT in California.

Compensation and Benefits\n

Lifetime Psychotherapy Center offers a competitive salary range of USD 80,000 - 100,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
