Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct comprehensive mental health assessments to accurately identify clients' needs and develop individualized treatment plans that prioritize their goals.

• Utilize evidence-based therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT) and solution-focused therapy, to facilitate effective and impactful therapeutic interventions.

• Facilitate and conduct psychoeducational workshops and support groups to provide clients a sense of community and promote shared experiences regarding mental health.

• Work in collaboration with multidisciplinary team members, sharing insights and strategies to ensure coordinated and holistic care for each patient.

• Provide timely crisis intervention services to clients in mental health emergencies, ensuring their safety and well-being.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health conditions, treatment alternatives, and available community resources to enhance their understanding and coping strategies.

• Maintain meticulous and confidential documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, utilizing electronic health record (EHR) systems effectively.

• Engage actively in case consultations and team meetings, contributing to continuous improvement and sharing of best practices.

Qualifications\n

Compensation and Benefits\n
