Work Environment\n

In this role, you will primarily work remotely, with the opportunity to occasionally visit our outpatient facility to meet clients and attend team briefings. Our team operates during regular business hours, Monday through Friday from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, allowing for a balanced work-life schedule. We have implemented streamlined digital tools and operational workflows that enable our therapists to spend more time delivering care and less time on administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough clinical assessments to evaluate clients' mental health needs and create tailored, evidence-based treatment plans that help them achieve their goals.

• Employ therapeutic interventions such as cognitive-behavioral therapy (CBT), dialectical behavior therapy (DBT), and EMDR, adapting your approach to fit the unique circumstances of each client.

• Maintaining meticulous, confidential clinical documentation in accordance with HIPAA regulations and regulatory standards.

• Collaborate effectively with an interdisciplinary treatment team, inclusive of psychiatrists and psychologists, to optimize client outcomes and ensure cohesive care.

• Participate in regular case consultations and peer review meetings, sharing insights to enhance the collective impact on client care.

• Educate clients and their families about mental health issues, available treatments, and pertinent community resources to empower them in their recovery journey.

• Stay current with advancements in mental health practices, incorporating ongoing learning to enhance therapy approaches.

You will work with a diverse clientele facing a wide array of mental health challenges including trauma, anxiety, depression, and more. Qualifications\n

• A Master's degree or doctoral degree from an accredited institution in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling, Psychology, or Marriage and Family Therapy.

• A valid and active license to practice as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC), or Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) in Pennsylvania.

• Proficient in a range of psychotherapy approaches with a strong foundation in solution-focused interventions.

• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, demonstrating the ability to build trusting therapeutic relationships with clients.

Preferred Experience\n
