Key Responsibilities\n

• Conduct thorough mental health assessments to understand client needs and history.

• Develop effective, evidence-based treatment plans tailored to each individual.

• Provide individual therapy utilizing various modalities, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy or mindfulness-based approaches.

• Establish therapeutic goals, monitor client progress, and adjust treatment plans as necessary.

• Offer teletherapy services to ensure accessibility and convenience for clients.

• Maintain comprehensive and accurate documentation to comply with ethical standards and practice guidelines.

• Engage in continuous professional development and stay updated on the latest therapeutic techniques and methodologies.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

In this role, you will work with a diverse client population experiencing a variety of mental health challenges, including but not limited to trauma, anxiety, depression, and relationship issues. Your expertise will play a crucial role in guiding clients through their therapeutic journeys, helping them develop coping strategies, improve their mental health, and achieve their personal goals.

Qualifications\n

• A valid state license as a LCSW, LPC, LMFT, or PsyD .

• A Master's or Doctoral degree in Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, Mental Health Counseling, or Psychology.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusting relationships with clients.

• Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a non-judgmental approach to therapy.

• Excellent organizational and time-management abilities to manage caseload effectively.

Preferred Experience\n

• Previous experience in a private practice or outpatient setting is preferred.

Compensation and Benefits\n

We offer a competitive salary range of USD 90,000 to 110,000 per year , commensurate with experience and caseload. Our compensation package includes:
